Playing light music during working hours is good or bad???

Just came across this statement and I know its 3 years aold, but just have to put in my 3 bits worth. At my age of 65, young'uns probably will say I'm some old 'Fuddy-Duddy'. However, experience, during my working career, clearly tells me that anyone who literally has to think, and make micro-decisions, in order to do ones job, especially in administration, cannot possibly remain focused a 100% of the time during this work. It's different if your work entails mundane stuff, that doesn't require relying on your memory, and constant micro-decision making. So, to say that its a 100% good and refreshing, is a bit simplistic, and probably a bit stupid, to my mind. Especially if one is into music, or understands music, that is, knows about music. Bob
