As for an independent young mom like me, it's a must to have my own income. For a start, I started at selling pre-owned branded clothes and other stuffs (stuff toys, bags etc.). It was doing pretty well at first but on the later run, people started looking for brand new but cheap stuffs (or the so called "class a" stuffs) so I decided to stop selling pre owned clothes and I signed up and became a dealer of pillows, kids apparel and beauty products (Dakki and avon). I earned not so much from the beauty products specially because a lot of women are selling them too!(haha), so i again decide stop selling those stuffs and find new ones. It gave my a hard time looking and thinking for a new business to do. It took me about a month or two actually to finally figure out what type of products to sell that will fit me. While I was eating a slice of cake in Goldilocks my sister asked me if i could bake a cake and sell it. Then that was the time I figured since i love sweets and i love cooking ,but i don't know how to bake, i started making and selling "leche flans" and chocolates instead.(yummy!) It was a pretty good business to do since people like eating C: although very tiring but it's ok. i earned a lot actually from selling it and up until now i'm still taking up many orders for leche flans C:.
i learned that in choosing the right business or the right products to sell, it's better consider what you are interested in and what you also like to be able to do good in selling!C:
good luck choosing ^_^

What are leche flans? Sounds like a type of chocolate candy?
I never succeeded in selling anything! I am good at writing and creating, terrible at marketing! I am having a little success as a freelance writer, not much but it is a new venture and grows alittle each month.
Good luck to you!

i sell it to my friends and i sometimes also go to offices and introduce my product to the employees, and if they liked it they could order to me in advance. most of the time people would order in large quantities cause they would have it as their dessert in a gathering and others resell it.

That's right my friend. It's a matter of choosing the right business, and the good things is,you work hard for it and it's your own product you were selling. You must have done a delicious leche flan that is why people patronize it.
Best wishes to your new found business and more orders to come.
I am also looking forward to start my own business and i will post it here soon as i can start.
Have a good day always
