My Lil Cousin Killed In A Motorcyle Accidient!!! :(  

I'm kinda late posting this, but I tried to keep my mind off of it and focus on trying to keep my money flowing due to the internet is my main means of income! But since 8/15/09, it's been pretty hard to focus on my business and my kids! That's the date I, well not I but my younger brother who stays with me for now, got the call that my little cousin was gone! At first my brother didn't know what he was talking about, but then the person on the phone says my brother, Jonathan, he's gone, he's dead!! So, when I walked upstairs, that's when my brother tells me that Jason just called and told him Jonathan's dead; of course a bit of a shocker, then the sadness!

Jason and Jonathan are my twin little cousins and we didn't actually really get close until about 2 years ago! They're actually cousins by marriage, my mom's sister's husband's brother's family! Anyway, of course we still consider them as cousins, but I have about 8 years on them but of course once we're all grown that kinda doesn't matter! We were doing a little home distribution business together that they started back in '03 and asked us to jump in and help them out! Good stuff cause the extra $400 to $1000 per week worked out just fine! So, naturally we saw quite a bit of each other and so that's how we actually bonded as of late, through business!

About 5 or 6 months ago, Jonathan had a lil boy, he was so excited, then bout a month or 2 later he and Jason comes over my house on a motorcycle! I don't like bikes, so I had a little talk with him about motorcycles and how he just had a baby and should try to tone the lifestyle down a bit, they're pretty flashy! A few months before that, someone broke into his car at a club and snatched out his radio with the high tech screen and GPS! Then I went on to talk to them about life insurance and they need it now!

So just a month ago, Jason had a lil boy, so now the twins has sons the same age, just a few months apart, man they were happy! Business slowed but we were working on some new things to get back pumping again! So Jason called the morning of Saturday 8/15/09, to say he was on his way over my house in a couple of hours, sure nuff, he calls and says he's pulling up! Just as he gets in the driveway, my brother goes outside and then walks back in and says, "he said he'll be right back, his mother called, something just happened!" While he was talking is when I heard the tires screeching and Jason speeding off down the street!

I leaves out to WalMart down the street from my house, my kids had a picture appointment there, and comes back to watch The Bears first preseason game and that's when the phone rings with the news of my cousins death on his motorcycle! I didn't want to see him like that, but I went to the hospital anyway and near broke down! Finds out he wore a helmet and everything, he just couldn't stop in time from some ignorant person who was indecisive about if they wanted to turn into the WalMart parking lot down the street from my house or not slamming on their breaks and he slammed right into the back of their truck!

I just talked to him about that motorcycle, life insurance, family life and all! Just so sad my little cousin was cut off at 24 years old with a new child and just really getting started in life, just basically got grown! I'm just sad and had to finally write something! I feel even worse for their older brother who just got back in May from the Army over there in one of the Middle Eastern countries not sure which one, he was gone for about 5 years! This is the 3rd death in their family in under 10 years; first their father, their younger brother, now one of the twins! Their mother was so hurt, I couldn't even look at her; their baby sister, though she's 20, but she held up the best other than their oldest, but I could see it in both their eyes, I was just speechless!

Well, sorry if this was too long and thanx for reading, but I had to write it, it was really bothering me and it's sad the world can't know when anyone dies, but this is my way of trying to alert the world of my loss!!
