the latest map for dota right now is 6.63, with AI. There hasn't been many changes made from 6.61 except some stat changes for some hero as well as new recipe for Phase Boot and Power Tread.

You have to change you warcraft version to 1.24 first before you can play this map though. Download the warcraft version switcher to do this. It is easier and you will also be able to change your version back to 1.21, 1.22 or 1.23 anytime you want!

There are plenty of changes, make sure you check out getdota.com for the changelogs. Many heroes have shifted in tiers, once unheard of heroes like Panda and Lanaya are now top picks/bans and former top-picks like naix are rarely seen.
