When ever i get to that point, i try and calm myself down and think out what the problem is, I usually do it by taking a long walk, and usually by the end of it im ready to put all the hair that i pulled out back in my head and move on to the next crisis that is waiting to put me back to the edge.

Thank you very much for that lovely piece of advice my friend thumbup . I sat here trying to mylot one day then my hubby sat next to me and started blaring that song out of his speakers. It's amazing how the lyrics to a song can get down inside of us and take some kind of affect. Really though, I'm a very nice and sweet person until somebody try to push me to the edge. Taking walks isn't such a bad idea, I used to enjoy doing that alot myself. Oh well, hopefully I won't get pushed to the edge today. Anyhow the day is just about over. Hope that you've had a good one and looking forward to the weekend. I'll be going to get myself a new keyboard this evening, so wish me luck on finding the one I want. glare sometimes, but it doesn't bother me that much. once, i make a discussion about me being harassed, that's it. i just move on or go back to the one harassing me and report that user.i try not to get intimidated, most specially with trolls because I get affected after wards, like a friend of mine who fought ta troll few weeks ago. sad

I just hope that once you write your discussion out that you'll feel better and then move on to bigger and better things. That's what I normally like today.
