Third party is referring to someone other than the principals (in your case, you and alertpay, directly involved in the transaction or agreement. I can be referred to as a third party between you and alertpay. I hope that you will find a way to be in your world again. Take care.

I don't know. that must be something new, i haven't used my alertpay account for a long time.before, i even send some ID's and Bills but you know it wasn't approve, it's hard so i gave it up. I prefer Paypal Instead

you just click no if no other persons is going to use your Personal Alertpay Account.
Third party is definitely not Mylot. It refers to some other persons who use your alertpay account, incase if u provide your username and password for any persons whom u trust more in your circle.

Have to admit I have an Alert Pay account but in the several years since signing have never used it so afraid no help at all to you here. I would think that 3rd party would be myLot or who every you want pay from but honestly don't know.
