What's there to do in San Diego?

Just came back from San Diego. Actually, it was my fourth time. It was beautiful as ever. Nice and sunny. We went to Pacific Beach and had a pitcher of beer. We went near the Hard Rock, actually across the street and had $3 Stella Artois during Happy Hour. We checked out the Point in La Jolla. It was a good way to de-stress.

Oh yeah, the Wild Animal Park is pretty good. I heard they changed things a little since I last visited, but it is still pretty impressive and at least in my opinion way better than the zoo even though the San Diego Zoo is a great one.

I think legoland is close to there as well, in Carlsbad, which also has the caverns. As far as anything else, I may have to do some research lol

Caverns in Carlsbad, California??? I did not know they had any. Are you sure you are not thinking of Carlsbad, New Mexico. Anyways, Legoland is in Carlsbad, California and a very easy day trip thing to do while in San Diego. Of course, many think my family is crazy because we think Disneyland is a day trip thing from San Diego, but Legoland truly is right there and a day trip.

You are right, carlsbad caverns are in new mexico. I also think there is an old mission down there too, which is a touristy spot. Oceanside has a light rail train which you can use to get you around. Cheaper on the fuel budget, that's for sure :)

I used to check out all the Hard Rocks before wherever I travelled and got the t-shirts but I just don't like the food. When the best thing about a restaurant is the t-shirt, that's saying something.
