The stock market is on the "up" side, would it continue?

Lately, I heard great things about the stock market keep on growing, and earning for its stockholders right now. I was checking on my 401k, and it seems on the positvie side on the next quarter too. From the radio, although the unemployment rate still high, but other market sector, such as real estate sale is significantly increasing on the past quarters. Maybe because the house credit, and low interest rate. What do you think about the stock market for the rest of the year? Would it be growing too? If you are an expert, and can provide us some insight on it?

Stock goes up mames me happy,house price goes up makes me sad because I am 28 years old and I will buy my first apartment soon,I have to catch the time before the apartment price goes up.
