What is the best Bank in Australia?

I have recently moved to Australia and have a bank account with Westpac. However, i have noticed that in my area (South Australia) there are not as many cash machines for this bank as others and you get charged when you use a different bank accounts cash mahines to withdraw money. I was wondering which bank you guys think is the best so i can open a new account with them. I am also soon to be a student so that may factor into the decision. Thanks :)
