Can someone tell me how to add my photo under my Mylot name ?

I've found that almost everyone here has a photo under his/her Mylot name . I really want to add my photo there but i don't know how to do it . I check my profile many times and cann't find a way to add my picture. Can somebody help me with this ? Thanks a lot.
