Unlike when Clinton left office Bush was handed a surplus of money to deal with and he lost all that plus trillon more. So Obama has to clean up the mess that Bush created and it will not be overnight. Remember it took 8 full years for Bush to make the mess it will take at least 2 to 4 years to fix the problems if not more.
