For me, its my teacher in High School. She is teaching General Science. She is known to be the terror teacher in school. She is very strict and serious in class too. But in spite of that, I like her. She teaches the subject very well. Our time with her is always productive and worthwhile. Our class surely learned from her than from any other class. As I looked back, I realized now as a teacher that my style in teaching was taken from her mostly. But one thing weird about her is, she would call students according to their seat number. I'm girl number 5. I don't like that about her. Although she would call me later by name because I participate very often to the discussions. She remained single and committed to teaching until her retirement years. She is a good teacher.

In high school, my favorite teacher is a physical education instructor and he happened to be our coach in a team. He was not only our teacher, but he was our brother and friend. In college, i met 2 really good teachers in law/history and math subjects. The law teacher was a woman and she was very strict inside and outside the class but she taught us very well and always motivate her students. With the math teacher, he was really good in explaining the formulas that students having difficulty with. He was also strict when it comes to class participation but friendly outside and likes to joke with students. I miss them sometimes ^^;

Teachers have a way of teaching us beyond academic lessons too. I also missed my teachers. But the lessons they teach will go with us for a long time to come.

I have fond memories of many teacher but one who I would always remember is my middle school history teacher. He helped me discover my interest in history. He is the nicest guy and would tell funny stories along with his lessons. The tests, he warned us, wouldn't be easy but we all studied extra hard because he's so nice. I miss Mr. Parr
