It's unbelievable, how can people be so cruel on child!!

I always see some kids playing performance on the street, sometimes the performance are very dangerous, I can't believe parents can be so hard hearted to let their child to do such things! Where is their parents?! Would those kids be kidnapped?! Their parents must be heart broken, desparate finding their child everywere. How can those kidnapper do this? I really cannot understand why!! Why no one save the kid from the danger! If you have some suggestion, pls do tell me. I really hope I can do something for those poor kids.
