do you brush your teeth during lunch time.?

I usually brushing my teeth everytime i finish my lunch. It's good for keeping my teeth clean and also keeping my breath fresh. I don't know what would i have as my lunch until i go to the restaurant near my office on lunch time. I never have any idea about my lunch because i don't want to have same meal everyday. So it depends on my mood as well. Also, i don't know who will i meet later after lunch, that's why i must keep my teeth clean and breath fresh. My job requires me to meet many people everyday, so for me, appearance is very important. Don't let other people have bad first impression on you. i think it is not a question of when you are brushing your teeth, whether in the morning or lunch time or evening. as long as you have healthy teeth, you can brush at least twice, as my dentist had told me. enough gargle and toothpick may help when brushing is not possible.

I only brush my teeth in the morning and in the night after dinner. I know the dentists recommend brushing your teeth three times each day and I'm sure those who do does have healthier teeth but I'm alright with my teeth as long as they are able to chew. I don't like brushing my teeth much.

I brush my teeth at least 3 times a day. Sometimes I brush them more as I don´t like to go out anywhere witout brushing them first. Lately I have had a problem with my gums (it all started after I took a sort of poison to quit smoking) and I have to use dental floss every time I brush them.

I brush it also in the lunch time, even i always at home to make it whiter and fresher. i also brush my teeth three times a day.
