I've watched only like 3 I think. I've watched Tomorrow Never Dies, Die Another Day and Golden Eye. My favorite James Bond will be the one played by Pierce Brosnan because he's debonir and my favorite bond girl so far is Halle Berry. I think the next bond girl can be either Mariah Carey or Eva Longeria. Mariah Carey is gorgeous and sexy and she can also seduce James Bond with her sexiness as well as her powerful seductive voice, whereas Eva Longeria is sexy and elegant enough for James Bond to have as a girlfriend.

I would like to counter your opinion about the Bond movies being brainless. Actually, the spy plots are pretty mind-boggling as the stories carry one from one intricate crime to the far corners of the world. Usually, viewing Bond movies the first time overwhelms the viewer to the high action and techniques. The verbals seem lost in all the cinematic effect. You just have to watch a second or a third time to understand the story.

myLot reputation of 92/100. sophisticated_boy (906)   ranked 345 out of 10,799 in watching movies  3 years ago

I feel that way when I watched Bond movies, it just very different than other spy movies like The Saint, Mission Impossible series or Bourne trilogy. Each movies have different approach in portraying spying activities, but with Bond movies, particularly before Daniel Craig era feels so exaggerated and over the top (especially the gadget, I remember in Die Another Day they have invisible car, which is like wtf moment), it does not seem real anymore. Maybe there are some people who like this approach, but not my cup of tea

What an impressive list from the pen of Ian Fleming. We must take note that the James Bond series, like the MI and Bourne trilogies, the Saint, and perhaps currently Taken, are all work of fiction. The invisible car is acceptable. For our shocked. As it is, truth is stranger than fiction. In reality, there is already a phantom plane, ha ha!glare

I haven't watched the older Bond movies yet. I have only watched the ones that Bond was played by either Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig. I love the way James Bond can escape any dangerous situation with the gadgets that he has. Plus he gets all the hot babes too.

Unfortunately I have not yet seen a single movie of the James Bond Series.
I have heard a lot of good things about this Movie but I never got a chance to see it.
Often I have seen the End of the movie, the last five minutes of action is all have have seen till today. But I think the movie would be very interesting to watch and I would not like to loose any opportunity to watch the movies of James Bond.

I am a certified James Bond afficionado. I had followed JB from his earliest exploits in the 70's up to his latest hi-tech, high action adventures in the new millennium. Bond had developed into a hero for all the world to depend onto when the problem is something we all are unaware of and we are helpless to solve. Bond had given us a sense of comfort. Lately, we had been given the reason for Bond's psyche when it comes to women. Makes him as human as all of us.

I don't like Daniel Craig's Bond as much as I do Sean's or Roger's. I did see Daniel's second Bond film but still prefer the classic Bond films.
