I have an interview for a job tomorrow inthe morning. It is an important thing

So, if you have given such an interview please give him tips to write down and question and answers to help him. A link is also welcome.

What matters to them is the English Language consistency and intuition on how english is Spoken by the application..they always..always changed the pace of the interview. but the "Killer Question" never goes away..a lot of applicants go blank with that question...

Well, I know that my friend. But that's one reason I want him to stay on mylot. Its me only who has fixed the interview so far. He is my cousin. Just got in bad hands. Well, now he is staying up with me.

well, in here he can improved some English words and typing skills, because typing is a necessity in gathering info from a customer..but speaking it(english) is entirely a different story..I wasn't just in these interviews, I was on the floor(call center office) once, so i know a bit of these things..is he a sleep..i hope he reads my response because it's very important...

James, my friend you are so-blessed and lucky to be an architect because call center jobs are pain in the arse..seriously.it takes pressure..commitment and hard work. not to mention tolerance to those who will curse, say bad words and worse at you.& force you to call your supervisor, for the agents(you) incompetence.

Well, I think he is going to get all this the hard way. Well, I am trying to help him, but he's not me so it will take a lot of time and bashing.

he needs to see the questions that i put in the response..that would come out or at least one of them will. . just keep motivating him..pressure would only make him more nervous.

Well, you are just working too hard for him. He is just busy sending messages to his girlfriend from my computer. He does not care about anything. I set all things for him and now see he will not even read this.

well, either he takes it or not. well, i thought i was helping but i guess this is the first and last advice...he has no idea what kind of interview he'll be getting into..god luck for him. thank you for recognizing that..have a great day

Here are some basic but important questions that you may encounter..
even if you failed, in most call centers, these are mostly asked in every applicant.

How would you describe yourself?/ How would others describe you?
Pick your best attributes and achievements from your career.

Do you consider yourself successful?
You should say you do. Pick some work related achievements that are in line with the position that you are discussing.

What was your greatest success? How did you achieve it?
You should pick an achievement which is related to their needs.

What has been your biggest failure?
Try to pick a failure which you were later able to correct or something that is not really important.

How could you improve yourself?
Do not mention anything negative about yourself - the interviewer is looking for a hole in your armor.

Well, these are the same questions asked by me when I went for the selection of Army to be army officer. Well, I was selected from the college. But then, the are seven days of interview and I really was exhausted by the seventh day. As there are many activities that takes a troll on you.
