Tattoo - to be or not to be?

If you are not sure, don't do it first. Get a henna tattoo first, and then see if you like to be coloured on your skin. Still in doubt, DON'T DO IT. simple. As it will be with you for the rest of your life, friend.

I'm thinking of getting a tattoo also, but I might be having the problem of getting sick of seeing it everyday... So what I did was have it tattooed at the back of my neck!

I have a tatoo and love it. Nearly everyone in my family has one and we don't see anything wrong with them. To be completly honest my daughter has asked for one on her eighteenth birthday. I took the time to explain to her that she had to make sure it stayed cleaned and doctored. I told her nothing big and ugly. I think she has decided on a little frog on a lily pad. She is going to get it on her ankle and I am going to pay for it.

Depends. Are you a male or female? I think tattoos look really trashy on women. Something just screams white trash about it, especially if the girl is overweight. Also women should keep in my mind that little 'tramp stamp' when their 21 might look cute but not after they have 4 or 5 kids and balloon up. Looks like a mole on a whale. Tattoos on men are alright but I've seen some men get cartoons and stuff. C'mon! That's just lame. I do have a tattoo and it's quite lame. If I was my age now I probably wouldn't have gotten it. My tat is of a demon. I was in the heavy metal stage of my life back then.
