At the time, Robert and Ethel met (at ski trip) he was dating Ethel's
sister, Patricia. Ethel campaigned for Bobby's brother, John F. Kennedy, in
his 1946 campaign for United States Congress, and wrote her college thesis on
JKFs book Why England Slept (his published thesis from Harvard).
Ethel and Robert had a total of 11 children.
Jean Ann Kennedy (born 1928),
