antisocial elements are not born but made what do you think  

It is the lack of a caring community that makes an environment for hate and crime. it is a very broad concern and I think you can start in your community and share the good things and volunteer and make everybody a part of it. The change relies in yourself and sharing is the best thing that you can do to start.

Ya Even I agree to this. After all there is no chance by which a baby is born evil. The society is responsible for this. The environment the grow up also plays a major role in this.

I don't think babies are born evil but some are born with so many disadvantages that it is easy to guess how they will turn out.

One of the biggest preventable disabilities at the moment is Foetal Alcohol Syndrome - where mothers drink heavily when they are pregnant and brain-damage their child. Kids born with this often become anti-social as they are older because of the brain damage.
