Does anyone here run a ptc site?

I was surfing ads on a ptc site and found a place where it talked about buying or renting a ptc site. Has anyone done this? Does it pay off? I went ahead and emailed the guy to get more information on the subject but wanted to find out if anyone here knows anything about it. I think it would be interesting to do for a while if it isn't too much work. Not that I am afraid of working, but it is more a matter of whether it would work with my schedule.
