| | i take vitamins daily. i try to anyway some days i might forget to take them but usually i don't. i take a couple vitamins actually... i take a multivitamin and i take a b complex and a fish oil. i don't take the fish oil daily but i take it a couple times a week. the other two i take daily in less i forget too. | | | | | | |
