The story of 'Venom' was similar to the animated series. Most of us new how spiderman was going to take care of Venom. In the previous two movies we did not know how it was going to end.
In the third part 'Sandman' seemed like an impossible being. Nothing seemed to kill him.
I liked Spiderman 3, but I liked Spiderman 2 more.
