my wife hates cats

I can never understand why anybody want to hate lovely animal like cat, dog or rabbit etc... these animals are harmless and very tame, they are great animals for us to treat as pet. Most of these animals are longing for human love and caring, but some people just hate them for no reason at all. I think you should explain to your wife the cat is not going to bite or hurt her or even steal you away from her, she needs to calm down and not getting jealous with a cat having your love and attention.

If she is not allergic, I can tell you what to say. Tell her people that don't like cats don't let love in. They are afraid of letting love in. You can research on the internet and print out the article. I know there has been research on this. Then she will think she is some kind of closed person, and let you get a cat. You can tell her try it out if it doesn't work I will take the cat back.
