Some people hate others for their progress,which is not good and its like hating someone without reasons. What do you say about this?

That kind is called "crab mentality". A crab does not like another crab to be on top, other crab tend to pull the other crab down.
Hating someone for their progress is hating someone with a reason, and that reason is, there progress.
