I wake next day feeling like I've been run over by a truck. I have an urge to drink glass after glass of water to cure my dehydration and I feel sick and unable to eat. Beer flu and Jack Daniels flu are similar.

Thank you for your kind comments - I try hard with the articles, which is why it is kind of upsetting when they don't get many views or comments.:o( I am more than happy to help you with your article writing when you get started... I didn't do any for ages and then got back into it over my recent vacation... I am going to try and keep going with maybe one a week when I am back at work - and of course mylot!
