Do you always go to your friend's birthday party?

This can be forgiven, if it is me, I do not mind, because they were all good friends, I can not let my good friend dilemma, as a good friend, it should be mutual understanding.

I always wanted to attend my friends birthday party but in any case that i have already a commitment to that day or time then I would say i can't attend the party too. But if my prior commitment to others is not as important as the celebration, like just watching a movie, then i would cancel or move it. I know sometimes it's being unfair but i would weigh the situation according to the importance. Birthday party just happens in a year so i would try my best to attend as long as it doesn't affect much my other appointments.^^;

No sometimes i do miss some parties due to some other work. But i am quite sure that my friends are smart enough to understand my problem.

I always try to visit my friends' birthday parties. I won't go only if I really have something more important to do, for example going to somebody's funeral or taking care for my relatives in case they are very ill or something.

oh, speaking of birthdays... i always forgot about it maybe bcoz im too busy.. if they ask me why i didnt go or send message i just told them i did though i dont know what happened or i supposed to go there but theres important things that i need to finished.. sort of excuses but i make it up to them really, i know gift is not enough but i give them my time once im free.. but then, on my last birthday no one bother to text me or call me for my birthday maybe bcoz i also forgot that its my bday and i dont even bother to invite anyone.. like what happened, my boss and some of my officemate prepares a bday present to my officemate coz its her bday though unfortunately its our bday coz we have the same bday but i dont bother to celebrate it when i reached 30. then its my rest day the next day and when i come back to office i saw a cake from my boss and a bday card from him too.. he alo told me he felt sorry coz they never know about it. and i just tell them that i didn't celebrate my bday anymore.. and so thats why right now, i put it in my calendar my family and friends birthday coz i dont want to miss it and i dont want them to miss my bday too.
