Is qualification matter on internet ???????

No if you have enough qualifications for running an internet then you dont need a higher qualified degree certificates.Only thing is you do need some little bit of studies that is necessary for running an internet and also to speak a little bit of english because most of our things that we perform on internet that are in english.So i think little bit of english is necessary.
