Ebay is a site where you can place item for auction for people to purchase. I normally put item up on ebay for auction. I have not bought anything from them. I would like to put items up for auctions. I would like to add a bonus gift for certain bids. I do not want to tell them what its is like a suprise. Is it in any rules or regulation for ebay that I cannot do this. Let me know thank in advance. Any one have any suggestion on how to go about doing this without being banned from ebay.
