Pakistan has been reported to have made changes in their missile and Aircrafts with the money granted by US for fight against Taliban. Pakistan is likely to use this modified weapon against India as against Taliban. Do you think such a fraud country should recieve any further monetary help? Why is US still supporting them? What do you think should be done in this issue?

First, could you plaese cite the international law this Pakistan is breaking? What sort of modifications were made to the weapons and which partuicular international law was broken in the process, links to the law would be helpfull if you can dig one up too. If we are going to have a discussion on legal issues, it would be helpfull to know what particular laws we are discussing. So what is it exactly you wish us to do with Pakistan, bomb them? Ignore them? Let them be over run by the same people we are fighting in Afghanistan? I understand your country and Pakistan have some long standing disputes. But as much as we, the U.S. are critisized for sticking our noses in the business of other countries, why on earth would we want to now get between two countries in yet another dispute? Should I be upset if the money we give them is going to something other than what the money was intended for? Of course, I have never had a great trust in Pakistan to begin with and I think we should have taken a much harder stance with them, especialy when Musharif was running things.
