Please take the time to read the article before replying. Thank you.
It is my opinion that we live in a culture that glorifies death. While I am not afraid of death, I can say without hesitation that I do not want to participate in its dance until my time is actually up. This article on euthanasia will open your eyes as to what really goes on once you say it is ok to kill the innocent, the old, or the unwanted.
My title is such because we have changed as a society, what we tolerate now is certainly not what we thought we valued three decades ago. Our government is in the business of justifying death. Whether sending sons and daughters off to war or flushing them down the toliet before they ever draw breath. Are us old folks next? If our president can get up on tv and say we have to accept death...instead of treatment....what's next?
