Can war ever be justified?

No, I don't think it can. I don't believe in war, and killing people regardless of what country they came from. I've had this conversation with people and someone said that they world is this way and you cannot change it! If more people in the government of all countries believe in peace instead of power, war can be out of existent. Korea now has created a nuclear bomb and have tested it in the waters according to the news. Now around 8 countries have nuclear bombs including United States, China, ect. That god that Canada does not have one and not consider to build one.
