How do you dry your hair after having a shower? With a hair dryer or with a dry towel. We use a towel to wipe and dry our hair and let loose in the air. I heard that by using a dryer, the root of the hair strand will become weak and hair starts falling

Hello, I have heard that drying hair by a hair drier causes
damage to the hair. So I have never used a drier.
I always wrap the hair with a towel after shower and
leave it for some time. After some time I dry it gently
with a dry towel and then allow to dry by itself
Have a nice day

Hi shantha
I will also do the same as you do. I too heard that by using a drier, our hairs will tend to become weak and start falling rapidly. So I will wrap a towel for some time and dry it by letting it loose after drying with a dry towel

I very rarely blow dry my hair. My hair has natural curl and when I use the dryer it tends to want to poof out really bad. After the shower I wrap my hair in a towel but that towel will usually become saturated (as my hair is long) and I wrap with another towel until the main wetness is out. Than I let the air dry it and shake my head occasionally to keep the hairs loose.

Hi cicisnana
I like curly hair very much but unfortunately i do not have hairs with curls. Even I too wrap my hairs in a towel twist and twine it for some time until it absorbs all the water then with another towel i will wipe it dry and leave it to dry completely naturally

Hi cream
How are you dear? It is very long time since we meet through discussions.
But after you get out of the shower, you must squeeze the hair and lightly dry it with a dry towel so that even if you let it to air dry, it will dry very quickly

Hello, I let my hair air dry natrually. I do not like using a dryer. I have chemically processed hair so I don't want my hair to break and get split ends. I rinse in cold water because my hair seems to mot get too frizzy when I rinse in cold water.I squeeze out the excess water and leave it to dry.

Hi ds
Your method of drying the hair is safe. If we use a drier very soon our hair will become weak and start falling. Thanks for sharing your views. Cheers. Have a great day

I never use dryer so I don't know. Whenever I wash my hair, I'll let it dry by itself. I'll wipe a bit, use comb with huge teeth to comb it and let it loose to dry. I love it that way. Sometimes, if I need to rush, I'll wipe with a towel and use the comb to make the drying process faster.

Hi prinzcy
Even I too never use dryer and i heard that if we use dryer often, because of its heat, our hair will tend to become weak and start falling. So i leave it to dry in the natural atmosphere. Only during emergency only I will use a dryer

I nearly always dry my hair with the hair dryer. Having wet or damp hair really irritates me so I must dry it. Occasionally I only half blowdry my hair and leave it a little damp but usually I dry my hair all the way.

Hi goldiegold
I heard that by using a drier, our hairs will become and fall quickly. Is it so? I am asking you because, you are using it regularly and you can guide us correctly. Thanks for sharing your views.

Besides hair dryer may be useful in some times, where we have to rush to some place urgently and no time to pat with towel. But using a towel is always good
