When you say you installed an assembly language do you mean you installed a programming language? If so and this is creating the problem they you can perhaps try a system restore! This will restore your system to a point before you carried out the installation and when your computer was working fine. I don't know what you mean when yo say 'Volume in drive C has no level'. Can you give more information. When you turn your computer on does it load so that you see the windows desktop? For the worst case scenario, if you have your original windows installation disk then you can format your hard disk drive and start fresh by reinstalling windows. Before you do this though, do you have any important information on your computer? If so, you need to carry out a backup of some kind. In relation to your problem though, more information is needed.
