How much meat do you eat on a daily basis, Do you have to have it with every meal?
My Hausband loves meat, such as steak, bacon , pork, ect, myself i have always been able to take it or leave it, an occasional hambuger or hotdog.. recently a friend and I were discussing pork and since our discussion I have been making it a point to try and cut out all the pork in my diet, such as porkchops, bacon, ham, and anything containing pork, I read labels on meat now and use the beef, or turkey
or chicken, Ball park have some great all beef hotdogs, throw them on parchament paper in the oven and there delicious.. by removing pork from my diet I have already lost a few pounds and feel so much better health wise..

I am a vegetarian and so eat absolutely no meat at all. I have not eaten meat for 15 years now and think my stomach would proably not take to kindly if I had some. I wonder how my body would react to ingesting say red meat? It is not an experiment I want to undertake but it would be interesting!

So many people say it is bacon that stops them being a veggie! I absolutely hate the small of bacon being cooked. That and mince makes my stomach turn!!

I've been trying to cut out meat pretty much (except seafood, which I just don't think is meat) but I have eaten it a few times in the last two months. I feel so much better though since I stopped eating it every day. I've definitely lost a little weight so far and can't wait to lose more. It's good to go for a walk and feel weird because you're not trying as hard to move your weight!

We are more fish eaters so meat is not on the table on a regular basis. We have meat almost on every Sunday…that’s the only day the entire family sits for lunch together so we have to have mutton curry and rice with salad. Its yummy when served hot and the leftover are for dinner. Otherwise on weekdays we might have chicken or mince mutton once or twice, but not more than that.

I am a vegetarian, so I do not eat any meat. I do not really care about the animals, but just never really liked meat. The only temptation I have to break my vegetarian diet is beef jerky. Also, I still eat fish. I am not exactly a strict vegetarian, but other than fish I do not eat meat ever, and it has more to do with taste preferences than anything else.

My downfall is bacon, i love it, and usually have a piece or two every morning with breakfast.
Lunch is a different story, i usually have a salad, and some kind of soup.
Dinner is different every night and we usually have a meal that has meat about 3 nights a week. on the others it is something that does not contain meat.

I eat meat some days, not all of them. I usually eat a small portion of any kind of meat, poultry or fish. An exception is when there´s a barbecue. In my country barbecues don´t have hamburguers. We put red meat, chicken thighs. pork ribs. We put some hot dogs only if there are small children.
I eat veggies, legumes, omelettes and quiches. I like to make meat sandwichs with tomato, green beans and lots of hot chile.
Pork is not so greasy nowadays. If you eat small portions it should not make you overweight.
Take care!
