The best domain with web hosting website

I have have my free website this time. Its in a blogspot.com and in the webs.com. I have a plan to pay my domain or rather upgrade them. Please help me to choose. In blogspot.com its already google who will host my website and its powered by go.daddy while webs. com i think its also under google. Please advise me.
