Night lamps -do you have them on.....?  

Hi there, well i dont want light when i am sleeping. I feel that i cant sleep if the light is on. I am glad that my daughter who sleeps beside me can sleep without light also. So everytime i close the light she will go to her pillow i dont have problem with that i am glad. Anyway, keep on mylotting

I am someone who prefer complete darkness while sleeping. I won't get a proper sleep if the lights are on so I prefer not to put on bed lamps while sleeping, however its used when sometimes I get up to drink water or something like that.

I must have night lamp in the nights.Otherwise unnecessary fears haunt me. All shadows of clothes hanging and other grill etc. create shapes and scares me. I will not get sleep at all. In my sister's house they never use night bulb and I did not sleep only. Then next day she put the ornamental light of the God's photo on and I slept.

I do not have the night lamp on when I go to bed. I can't sleep nicely when the light is on. So, I prefer to be in a dark to have a good sleep. But sometimes, whenever I need a change of mood, I do have my night lamp on. Once a while is just okay with me! *laughs*

I can do either. I used to sleep all-time with a night light on but now I do not think I can stand with the lights on. I have a condition where I have to sleep during the day so I have gotten used to sleeping when it is light but that night I still prefer the lights off.

I put off the light when I go to sleep. I dont like lights when I go to sleep. Not total darkness.
