Weird Names.  | |  I created a discussion on the origins of mylot usernames, and well, I ran into this charming person who said that her boyfriend's name was NINE(9). Which of course sparked off a lot of thought about weird names where I live and how parents name their kids (:
where I live, English isn't the mothertongue of many, so when people name their children, they generally mispell them. Stanley becomes Stanlee, Jonathan becomes Johnethan, etc.
Course, some parents just stray off the common english names altogether, and now I see names like 'Million', 'Playground' and 'SwimmingPool' around Hong Kong.

Million isn't so odd here. That could be considered a reasonable name, but not the other two. Those kids would be mocked forever.
