how many hours when online?

Hi At the max i can spend 2-3 hours staying more on the system gives me a headache

My PC is 24 hours online, i mean both of the desktop at my home and office. However, i dont spend all my time in front of the PC. Unfortunately, i'm spending about 6~10 hours per day online including my working office.

Well in one day i probably spend around 3 to 4 hours on the computer but in time spans because i could never sit in front of the computer doing my sites i like for a long period of time. I usually sit for around 30 to 40 minutes at once and hoping to get a lot done then because i then go and do the dishes or the laundry and maybe run some errands that need to be done of course. I wish i could sit here but when i sit here for a long time my head starts getting tired and i want to go back to sleep and i can't do that as there are so many things to be done while sitting here on the computer.

My work involves the use of computer and internet so I spend more than 8 hours during weekdays. During holidays or weekends, I spend up to 6 hours online. It;s because I play a lot of online games to relieve stress and chat with my friends. I also watch movies or animes online. I used to spend more than 8 hours during my rest day from work back then, but I can't anymore because I have a lot of responsibilities now.
