The bad spelling makes this hard to follow, I'm sorry... This really should be a no brainer. Don't lead people on. But you're not giving people really complete info.. Does this guy already live with you? Or is he playing you just to get a place to stay? If you're not interested in him romantically, don't lead him and tell him that you're not interested. If you don't want him living with you (which I can only assume might be the case with how your post is worded, sorry) tell him that too.
