Do prison buses have emergency exits?

Yes, they do. Many of them are converted school buses. Whether or not they still function as exits, I don't know.

my answer is prison buses must have emergency exits. although the passegers are prionals but they are still human being, they have the right to protect their life.
i think when the prisoners are in the bus, must have the controllers inside too. then the controllers will sit beside the emergency exits.

I know here in our place there is no emergency exit. More on guards with double lock key. They are afraid that the prisoners were escaped. How difficult to become a prisoner. I am not saying that i had been there but to what we see and observed alone. Let's not be like them.... let's pray for them....
