10 Minute Trainer  | |  Good afternoon fellow myLotters!!
I just started the 10 minute trainer regime! It is a killer workout and I think if I don't loss weight then something is wrong. LOL! Just did the 10 minute trainer Cardio video and it left me out of breath and sweating like a pig...lol. I feel great after doing it though.
My question to you is have you heard of the 10 minute trainer program? Have you done it? and most importantly did you have results?

I'm currently running 3 or so miles but I really wanna increase muscle and improve my core. Along with that lose some weight because the lighter I am, the faster I'll be, hehehehe. Anyway, isn't sweating fun and refreshing? I love a good sweat. Especially after a long run!!

You can also search on youtube for it and there are videos there, the television ad and some of people actually doing it. The is a user named mrreman that actual videos himself doing the videos. It's great. It has made a huge difference in my life.:)

| | | 3. socius100 (44) | 3 months ago |  I think this is similar to the G-Ball trainer that I have tried a few months ago where you use a heavy ball while viewing a cardio video. It is very exhaustive. Although it caused me to sweat, it hasn't sustained my motivation.
