i'm tring to potty train my daughter

I remember a friend of mine playing with her daughters dolls and putting going to the toilet in as part of the play, the little one soon picked up that it was the way to go..not sure if it work for every child but worth a try.

My baby was about 12 month i started to put him on potty and he did "things" in there as it shoud be. At the beginning it was hard but if you give gredit to her like you let her look what she did into potty and say "good girl, good girl peed in potty" like give her gredit that she did good and she might want to do it again. Atleast it worked with my baby:) but you have to play with her or give something in her hand that she dont run away from potty. Or try to sit beside her little pit. Even if shes not doing enything in potty you have to keep puting her on it. Have faith..and patient ---(not sure if i wrote that word right)

I know its not what you want to hear, but you can't rush her. If she isn't ready, she won't do it, and trying to force her into it will make things worse. Its also not recommended to potty train when a change is going to occur, such as the arrival of a new baby, because such events can cause a child to regress. My children were born 19 months apart, my first wasn't potty trained properly til she was almost 3, but changing 2 babies is no more difficult than changing one, when you get used to it. Unfortunately it does cost a lot more in nappies, but there isn't much you can do about that
