i cant believe he took the money

Wow! i haven't watched Tv in a while. But your right what type of person actually takes money to break up with there girlfriend. And only $200. bucks!! That's crazy. He must not truly loved her as he said.

And what kind of parents would be actually offering to pay for them to break up. That to me sounds silly as well.. Or. It could be that Maury well, it's changed a lot from the 90's to now. Basically it's more like a Jerry Springer than it is like a Maury of how it use to be.

So I wouldn't be suprized if it was rigged in someway too.

But your right I wouldn't accept money to break up with someone I love. Basically I would have to hear the reasons of why they feel that person isn't the right one. And go from there. If my family can't work out how they feel about the person I am with. I wouldn't be with that person. I love my family more and would want that enduring relationship with them. But that again I'm very close to my parents. If I wasn't that'd be a completely different story.

I don't watch TV and haven't in years, it sound like to me, this guy wanted the money more than he wanted his girl friend, and her mother paying him off to break them up, well that shows me, that he isn't worth being with, in the first place.

I don´t know who this Maury is as I don´t watch that show. I don´t even know how old is he. $200 seems to me a miserable amount, unless I´m 13 years old and I have a crush with this very non acceptable girl.
If he is a grown up, I also wonder at the kind of relations he has with his mother. His mother is acostumed to buy him off, not to give him love and teach him. So I suppose he is the kind of person that doesn´t have the least idea what love is about as he didn´t even have it from his mom.
Anyway, it doesn´t sound the type of show that I would see. I´m immersed in the CSI type of show, with lots of murders and very bright guys that solve the mystery in half an hour.

let's just put it this way, supposing the amount is $50000. in exchange of you getting the money is to sacrifice your love for your partner, we just can't judge the person that his/her love isn't genuine. maybe he/she is really in need of cash due to some circumstances and you were left with no other option but to accept the money and to say yes to what was agreed on...:( on the other hand it could be possible that since the guy can't give a brighter future for the girl so instead of fighting for their love, he ended up thinking for what he thinks would make the girl more secure.

Is that a movie? if it is really, then this guy is cheap... way too cheap. His love to his girlfriend is not real. Love can make people do anything for it. Just offer money and break up with his girlfriend then He is too stupid to do. Sometime, he just take the money but he never do what his mom asked tho, who know?

i would not want to accept the money. cause it will make me feel cheap if i get paid to do something . not unless it is a job or some work. but to paid to change our decision. i would do the right thing always, if i will have to do it cause i was pressured i may, but i will not accept the money. i need self respect.

Whoa, If he truly loves her girlfriend no amount of money can ever replace her, I can say that his feelings is not very true for her. I also can't believe he took that money, whats more unacceptable is that It came from parents. If It were me I will definitely refuse and ask for a much higher offer (just kidding). But this is also a wake-up call for his girlfriend.

Clearly it was staged. Two hundred dollars, he surely did not care about the girl. I think if he cared two million would not matter to him
