| | I also have that issue in mind. I once told friends that if we eat healthy foods (preferably organic) in abundance, we don't need to take vitamins. That will keep our body healthy as well as our pocket's healthy, right? Especially that some of these supplements is rather expensive. I even encountered a supplement which according to the salesmen, is the most advanced supplement in the market. Thus justified the crazy price. | | | | | | |

| | Sometimes it is necessary to take vitamin supplements. You have to consider why people choose to do so. In my case, my body has a weak constitution and taking a daily vitamin with a daily iron pill help me avoid illness and weakness. I have my own backyard garden. I love fresh vegetables! I eat as healthy as I can and I exercise but sometimes we need a little boost. Sometimes women need more calcium because their body doesn't absorb it properly. Please consider all the uses of vitamins as well as prescription drugs as they were intended before passing judgment against them. | | it doesnt matter whatever the shape it will be. but what matter is you know if the vitamins is approved by Bureau of Food and Drugs or Department of Health or by the government then it means it is safe. I tried to buy vitamins from my office mate as its cheaper and that it comes from other country. but i only have allergies and my skin have lots of pimples, it means its fake. i already told her before that maybe its fake but she said its already tasted by her and her family. so then, i still dont care if its tasted by them. the next time i will go and buy vitamins from pharmacy as i know they are safe. | | | | | | |
