They found that those with the slimmest thighs had the highest chance of heart disease and premature death.
Whee...finally, so, when I look at my jiggly thighs, I can say, whew.......that's the way to go.
I love when these studies go your way.

Well... hehehe I wish someone from a higher power was paying more attention because my loins are not at all skinny and I had a heart attack at age 50 shortly after I quit smoking. Go figure??? Have a Great Weekend.

What the heck kind of crap is that. Heart attack at 50 after you quit smoking. I better be careful, I am 48 and I quit smoking a few years ago. Right after I quit smoking for a short while I felt better, then for several months I felt like I was falling apart, I had felt better when I was smoking. I am happy to report those days are over with, I am back to feeling good. Since I quit smoking my thighs even got bigger, hell that meens I get to live longer. My problem now is clothes, my skinny clotes don't fit me, don't have the money to buy fat clothes, plus don't want more fat clothes. Plus with me being so tall, its hard to find clothes for my height. I got problems, short guys with no money like me, maybe its because there eyeballs are the right height for certain body parts. At least the house apes haven't moved back, woohooo... I love you too....

OMG you are too much fun!!! Don't complain girlfriend at least you're tall and have somewhere to put your extra pounds!!! I'm 5'2" and nowhere to hide. I have one house ape my brother in law and if you miss your house apes let me know you can have this one but let me warn you, he's enough to give a rats a$$ a heartburn!!! OMG.

Well sounds great to me - guess I'd best stop doing all the excersices to try to get those skinny thighs I used to have, interesting study, wonder who comes up with these things. Now if they could do a study that shows working is bad for you I would be all set :)

Dr. Heitmann has been researching this since 1985? Sounds like someone really need to prove something. That or the research money was nice.

I know, crazy huh, he may have found the cure for cancer in that time, instead, he focused on jiggly thighs....

Oh, this is something new for me. I never heard of something like this. Nice that you came up with it. Since there are many skinny people with skinny thighs, I wonder how they are gonna take this!

Hahahahaha - I love this study too since I've got thighs up the wazoo! Anyway, here's another fun fact for your - it's safer for you to be 5-8 pounds over your ideal weight than under it. Why? Because all that cushioning is actually good for your body. I guess as long as you're within 10 pound of your ideal weight - you're good. So you don't really have to lose that last 10 pounds. Keep it for cushioning purposes!
