Does anybody know of any ChaCha alternatives?

Sorry, but I'm not really that familiar with it myself. I know that my friends use it and get paid for answering questions that customers text in to the service, but that's about it. There's another service I've seen advertised that sounds very similar--I just can't remember what it is.

well chacha is not very good site...because there is very tough competition there..you better have look on easy methods..if you have account on facebook or twitter account...any of them...you can earn huge in 1,2 days only..you can check under my profile..

waani86, I'm a little confused. ChaCha doesn't accept guides from your location, so how would you have any experience with the "competition" on there??

Out of curiosity, how much have you earned from that site you're trying to promote here? My friends have been able to make $100 or more in a single week on ChaCha, and I've seen proof. They don't have to enter contests to get that amount, either.

I used to be a Chacha guide. It paid very well in the beginning, But then it got slower and slower to earn, to many people working .You download an application and work from there.You have inquiries coming in from people searching on the web. Its really a lazy way to search or someone who does not know how I guess.A chacha guide is someone who finds links that tell them the info they need on the web. You sit there and you hear a ding and you have to grab the ding before someone else does.lol anyway It got very slow and the ding grew farther and farther apart.Then they started finding ways to fire people and I went and so did many others. Then they started the cell phone thing where you could do the same by cell phones.Of course I didn't do any of that.They quit hiring way back when.They still take applications but they ahve not taken any one new in a long long while.

well i live in 2 countries. in one I do job and in one i live...so no problem in joining...well m not promoting...you join urself and see urself...m not saying anything...as for chacha...it pays and people earn...but competition is so much..so difficult for new people...try my suggested program...and then post here...you urself which is better???

patricia4225, that really stinks! I had no idea that ChaCha ever did anything but text messaging answers. I tried it for the first time today (I was out and I needed an address for a business because I wasn't quite sure where it was) and whoever got it sent me back a message asking me to clarify! My question was "What is the street address of (Business name) in (City)?" I don't know how it could get any more clear than that! They also sent me a bunch of ads, which was annoying--I don't have unlimited text on my phone, so I have to pay for every one of those.

waani86, you're talking about Likaholix, right? I actually joined that one two days ago, and I've been adding things to my list regularly. I made a list this morning and entered it into one of the contests they had going, and when I checked back it said that I'd won the contest for a $15 Amazon gift card. I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet, though that could be because it's a weekend. I have a few more lists that are ready to enter into different contests, too. Really like it so far, so I'm hoping that I do receive the prize I won. I can't seem to find any information about how long it takes to receive contest prizes on the site.

I hadn't heard that ChaCha's decreased the amount they're paying. The last I really heard about it, they were changing the payments to be category based instead of rewarding guides for quantity or something like that.

I was really hoping to get into ChaCha because their debit card sounds so convenient. I guess I'll just keep checking back regularly, and sign up for KGB in the meantime if they'll have me.
