The loophole is in us if we as educated people don fight of our own rights.

We all are customers and consumers of many products and services and expect value for money from wat we buy. if we don get that quality, wat do we do? we either jus leave it at there or jus keep cribbing. At the most we pickup the phone and blast the thing out of the guy from customer care.. even then nothings happens, then wat? we jus don kno.. so..tats it.. we don do nything. but the fact is many of us are not aware of our own rights and how to use them. we don care to spend time in educating ourselves in these matters. A bank jus put charges of Rs.600.00 on my acc for wat was not my mistake. I called the customer service and very politely asked the guy wat the chg is for. he did not give me a valid reason. So i spoke to the manager and got the same vague reply. more than the money wat worried me is tat it was'nt my mistake and there is no way i shud b penalized. So i spent 50 bucks on an affadavit and slapped a notice against the bank under the CUSTOMER RIGHTS ACT. The bank then not only sent me a letter of apology, it also paid for the chgs incurred by me to send them the notice and chgs levied on my acc were refunded. the best part is that it took me jus an hour to make the affadavit and send the notice to the bank. There is no point in pursuing education if we let others expoit us. We all shud fight for our rights wen needed. thats how we change the system to make it better.
