LCD Screen or regular screen monitors  

LCD is much better in my opinion.

well i actually use a laptop... hehe... LCD... well these days most people are using LCD and TFT screens... those old ones are called CRT the thick fat tube ones... i haven't seen them in a while ... well know they are so cheap but who will take those space consuming things... have a nice day yugasini!

CRT monitors are the best. LCD monitors are cheaper and compact. If you want quality use CRT

oh... i rather have the LCD screen because lesser tendency of having bad effects for our health. that is what i have known. and i just like it this way because i am having LCD screened PC and its more appropriate. lesser problem for the space and i can still have more space for my other things to put on my computer table...

Good day, yugasini! Well, this is my comparison between LCD and CRT displays:
LCD consumes less power so you can save money while CRT requires more power so it heat up quickly and it emits more radiation. CRT display is better when it comes to gaming, its performance can be also obtained by the LCD screen when it is compatible with its video card. LCD's are more expensive than CRT's but you can save money when it comes to power consumption. The display on a CRT can be viewed on more angles than LCD.

LCD is better. Contrast ratio and brightness is better. It is easier on your eyes than the CRT screens. Envirnmentally friendlier too! (since thats what everyone is raging about the past few years now, haha)

I am still having the good old CRT monitor. I have decided to go in for a 20 inch LCD monitor as soon as I am able to dispose of my old CRT monitor for a good rate.

I kind of like LCD screens instead of the regular screen monitors. Mainly because the actual display is literally Crystal clear, and it looks superb. The older ones don't even display the colors correctly, it looks terrible. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

Deciding what type of monitor you have to buy usually depend on type of work you are in now, if you consider space, then go for LCD, but if you are into Photo editing then i suggest you buy a good CRT monitor, the higher the refresh rate the less strain on your eye, since when doing photo you have to keep your eye on the screen most of the time.

But CRT now are falling down, most company now stop producing them, mostly due to the trend and invironmental concerns.

I think LCD is much better than CRT monitors..because LCD take lesser space than CRT monitors..and it's picture quality is to good.
