There is no personal user details contained in the link even when you look at it within your own profile.
Same as leaving a link to the FAQs....there is nothing to identify an individual in the link.
It is all automatic and I didn't do anything

Each user sees their own page there when they are logged in. No other user sees it and when you are logged out you will not see that page at all

Yes that's right and also when you look at the faq, for example, from your own profile even, you will notice in the URL bar that there is nothing in it to identify a personal area (username or similar) so when you send that link it will take each user to THEIR particular section.
