 i try doing both.. but i end up working harder than working smarter. m jus doing fine.. so i think it does'nt really bother me much even though there's a little more time involved in hardwork than smart work. but i really get inspired by people who have both qualities in them.

I'm always trying to work things out smart way. If I'm not qualified enough, or no smart way applicable in the case, then I stop inventing different "smart" approaches to the issue, and do it the most obvious way. If the result is guaranteed, I'd even prefer working hard, than smart.

It's better than not working at all and being lazy. I think putting the two together takes some practice and sometimes a little luck too. I have faith I'll get there eventually! | |
